The homie Joe a.k.a. Mr. DTA came through the spot bearing gifts yesterday. He went out to RSVP Gallery for the Kid Cudi/Chip Tha Ripper meet and greet. So Hollywood Holt stopped through the spot the other day to cop some kicks and chop it up. While he was here he dropped a few bars for the Weekly 16. So AJ has been working here now for about a month and since working here he has picked up the nickname "Paparazzi" due to the fact that he STAYS with a camera. Some of the Beau Monde crew went to the city last night to go check out Raekwon at The Wild Hare. If you are a Rae fan or at least a Wu-Tang fan, then I hope you were able to make it out. Check out some pics from the show last night and even check out video footage of Rae doing an ODB tribute.

Raekwon The Chef

If you don't know who Raekwon is, well, I have no words for you. For those that do know Raekwon the Chef from the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, the Beau Monde crew stopped by to say what's up to him at the Chicago spot "Kutz and Kickz" this past Tuesday. Check the pic below to see him rocking the Beau Monde camo fitted. Turns out, the next day he rocked our black denim fitted in an interview with gowherehiphop.com. See for yourself.

Beau Monde x Chicago Bears

No, not a real collaboration but Beau Monde and friends were out last night at Jason McKie's fundraiser over at the Brunswick Zone in Vernon Hills. We met a lot of great people, good food was in the building and everyone that bowled that night got to bowl with a Bears player. Much respect goes out to Jason McKie and everyone else that supported us last night and to the players that hold down our spot. Of course we took pics so now you can scroll down and see for yourself. Oh yeah, see those shirts? They were only pressed for this event so don't look for these at the shop!

Hibernation

Since the Chicago Bears are in their off season right now, Tommy Harris decided to come to the shop and get laced for vacation and the summer. Much love goes out to the entire squad for their support for the store over the years. We'll be watching every game next season!

A Good Day

Jason McKie, #37 of the Chicago Bears, came through the spot and showed Beau Monde some love. These fellas love to come by and we always appreciate their company.


New Era shipped us out 3 new fitteds for the spring. The A's fitted comes in mesh panels with an ostrich bill. The detail on this fitted makes it heavy but very fresh and strong so you know your fitted game will be on point. There are 2 Bulls fitted that always came through with the classic bred colorways. Who Rocks Beau Monde?

Safe Stadick does. He's a well known DJ, especially down south. He also runs a clothing brand called "Mi Gente Clothing". In these pics you can see him rock the Beau Monde fitted with his Yeezys at the Billboard Musica Latina show on the red carpet. He also poses the same fit for a photoshoot outside. He obviously has his connects on lock since he had these Yeezys before anyone even jumped in a line. Safe knows what's up. Pictures via Sneakerplay.
